On completion of this training course attendees will have the ability to:
- Identify the various cost components in an electrical project.
- Adopt and reference the costs established in the tender.
- Monitor each cost component from start to finish.
- Recognise the early signs of potential overruns.
- Apply corrective action to overruns.
- Know how and when to claim for payment.
- Know what to claim for.
- Use an acceptable claim format.
- Prepare a final account.
- Understand the foreman’s roles, duties and responsibilities.
